Kelly Osbourne cameo - Muppets Wizard of Oz

The Kelly Osbourne cameo from Muppets Wizard of Oz that was cut from the TV version and can only be seen on DVD. In this scene, Dorothy enters the Magical Makeover Machine. Originally, she comes out as Kelly Osbourne, but goes back in a transforms back into herself in a different outfit. But, it was cut out of the TV version, having her only come out once, skipping this whole bit.
