Neverwinter: Control Wizard Pure DPS build (mod 12) HD

In this video I will cover how to build My pure DPS Control Wizard. This build is meant to be the best, with one goal and that is to do max damage in the form of damage over time and area of effect. At the same time keeping high single target damage with a side of survivability. This build is meant for PVE but can work in PVP it is a flex pure DPS build. This is the updated video for mod 12.
