Chris Attwood and I were scheduled to instruct a program in Copenhagen last year. At the time I was in India, and he was in Germany. The program was scheduled right after his birthday, March 12th, and we were talking about meeting in Copenhagen. So Chris drove from Germany with his wife, Doris, and the kids, and I flew in from India and they picked me up at the airport in Copenhagen. We were all so excited! As we were driving in the car, we said, “Let’s find a place where we can spend some time together. Let’s find a really cool house!” As we drove along one of them asked, “Well, where do we want it to be?” and I said, “Well gosh, I love Copenhagen! Did you know that 70 percent of the people in Copenhagen ride bikes? They don’t have a car, they’re real ‘green’ in Copenhagen! And many of them speak English and it’s so beautiful here! Why don’t we try to find a house here?” Chris pulled over to the side of the road, and we said, “All right, we’re going to set our intention. We’re going to give it all we’ve got!” So we all started putting in our order! Some of the things that we said were along the lines of: “I want the house to be near the ocean!” “I want the house to be brand new!” “I want the house to have a lot of beautiful, green, lush trees around it” I also said, “I want it to be a two-story house where I have my part upstairs, and you guys have downstairs!” and we just kept going and going. About an hour later, Chris called up a realtor and said, “We just arrived here, Janet just flew in from India and I just drove in from Germany, and we’re looking for a house that we can lease.” the woman said, “Well, you know it’s such short notice!” but after speaking with her for a little more she said, “Well, maybe I can show you four or five houses.” And it was the third house that she showed us, it was in a beautiful location in Copenhagen, called Rungsted. We walked into the house and sure enough, there was an apartment upstairs, and a place downstairs. The house was brand new, no one had ever lived in it! It had many incredible, lush, green trees and a Japanese garden around it. Chris happened to notice it even had a hookup for his Tesla. It was perfect, absolutely everything we had asked for! We were simply in awe, and as if it couldn’t be any more perfect, the woman who owned the house said to us, “Oh one last thing I didn’t tell you, your gated beach, it’s just a little walk away!” We were stunned. We said, “Okay, this is it! This is the house!” All we did, was just set our intention and let go. We knew we created that! But when we’d tell people, they’d say, “Well yeah, yeah yeah. That’s just like, some peculiar circumstance.” So another time, was while Chris and I were in Italy.
