Would you like to enjoy this traditional Italian pasta Carbonara? Here is what you need to do: WHAT *200g pasta (tagliatelle or spaghetti - about 100g per person) *25g parmesan *80g bacon (pancetta) *2 eggs (1 per person) *ground black pepper HOW * Fry the bacon (cut to cubes) on pan and set aside * Cook pasta (according to the package’s instructions) * Meanwhile mix eggs with freshly crushed pepper and smoothly grated parmesan (about 2 spoons) * When the pasta is cooked, drain the water and remove from heat * Add bacon and egg mix into pasta and stir all together. The hot pot will cook the eggs just right in about 30 seconds.
