Defective water cooler

This rental water "cooler" from Arrowhead seemed fine the first few days, but then it started making funny noises. It dispensed hot water from the "hot" tap, and very warm water from the "cold" tap. It actually BOILED the water in the basin and heated up all the water in the bottle. You can see the steam on the inside of the bottle dripping back down. Got it swapped out for a new one about a week later.
