GPD WIN - Outcast - Second Contact (12-17fps) (Intel Atom Z8700) HD

Performance Demo of Outcast - Second Contact on the GPD Win. I am using MSI AfterBurner and Riva Tuner Statistics to monitor. Using normal settings @540p it runs from 12 to 17fps. Its kinda playable, tried to tweak the .ini files but nothing changes. Will upload new video if more performance tweaks are available.
