Is Proprietary Trading a Scam? This ads about Forex Trader I found in Craigslist. They ask you to pay $1495 for their training course. Then pay $199 each monthly for their support and software. Then they ask you to fund your account with $4000 when they keep $2000 for a major loss. The first thing it comes to your mind is that this firm will help you have a job which is not true. they want to rip you off your money because you have no chance to succeed. they said they have proven techniques to get profit from the market. Well if they have proven techniques why they need more traders. they can manage their money by themselves. for me for example i get the margin account money for 4% only. and my broker does not ask you for a percentage of your profits. those guys want to share 30% of your profits while brokers ask only for 4% without sharing any profit.
