FORD RANGER AND TOYOTA MUTT TRUCK PART 3 HD

This is part three of four of our last trip to Vinton County and in my opinion the best of the four. In this video you get to see just how much power the little ranger puts to the ground as it flies up hill and pull the mutt out of the icy mud hole. And at the same time you can see that the mutt is very tired and needs fixed up or replaced, have had a lot of good four wheeling trips in that old pos, long before we started filming and it has been good to me, so more projects a head. The black Ford ranger is a 96 with a 4.0 cool air intake, three inch exhaust, five speed transmission 8.8 rear end with a Detroit locker, the front end is a danna 30 out of a jeep, with a arb locker running 4.10 gears turning 33 12.50 bf good wrench m/ts. Man does this truck work great, it has plenty of power for how small it is, has quality locker on both ends, strong but light weight custom front and rear bumpers, and has great at flexing. The little truck has seen a lot of off road time in its past but has stayed together great. So I guess that means its was put together right the first time, but it still needs a winch. The white Toyota is a 93 cab, the frame is a 83 2wd Ford ranger, the engine is a 4.3L GM with a little carb on it , the transmission is a th350 with a shift kit, the transfer case is a danna 20 form a Inter nation scout, the rear axle is a Ford nine inch 31 spline narrowed with a spool, the front axle is a danna 44 form a scout with a lsd with 4.56 gears turning 36 12.50 super swampers tsl and a 10000 lb bad lands winch on the front The whole truck is beat pretty bad and has seen years of off road abuse but keeps on ticking, but it gets slower and slower every year and does not turn very sharp at all, the old rig has served me well but she will need to be replaced in the next few rides.There are many side by side utv s in the video and I think most of them are polaris. My dad has the 2012 4x4 Polaris ranger 500 with a size bigger tire and a little warn winch, the old man has put a lot of off road miles on it in a short amount of time and has tested it over and over again. Not to many problems just a few front alxe problems and thats about it, he has also put in a yellow top opmia battery out of a honda civic in it and by the way we all run opmia yellow tops in all our rigs nothing like them.I have also been pulled out of a couple mud holes with that tiny little side by side. I love four wheeling and you tubin so new video every week mostly of four wheeling but some times there will be time lapse and other random things. The hill of Vinton County are steep and rutted witch makes for a good time trying to climb up and down them all day, there are many mud holes along the way but we try to stay out of them, but every once in a while we have to jump in and take a shot.
