My 6 weeks of the ketogenic diet and the results are in - I did not lose weight HD
So I did the ketogenic diet for the last 6 weeks and here are my results. the ketogenic diet or also called the keto diet is a high fat, moderate protien, and ultra low carb. And with no cheats it did not give me weight loss. I am not losing weight on the keto diet. What went great. I lost the bloat. I am digesting well. my inflamation is gone. I can think clear. I am not tired. I am getting anxiety. What was not good. no weight loss. at the most I lost 3 lbs but gained it all back. I am getting chunky in weird places, that I never usually do. My arms and thighs. I a little catch up on doing the blessed herbs cleanse. The colon cleanse had the most amazing impact. The biggest thing I have realized is just the destruction of sugar to my body. I am glad I did the keto diet, it helped me mentally and physically prepare to go back on weight watchers. I am going to ease back into complex carbs and not simple ones.
