1. go to cheat engine, glowing computer on the top left and find serious sam file and double click it. (NOTE THAT SERIOUS SAM MUST BE PLAYING ON A MAP OR LEVEL) 2. then change value type to float on your cheat engine program 3. type in 100 and click 'first scan'. 4. Go back to serious sam game and find a heart to rise your health to 200 5. Go back to cheat engine and change value to 200 and click next scan. (200 represents your life) 6. Notice that there will be only one, two, or three numbers on the left side of cheat engine, double click on the number that says '200' and double click it. 7. it will then be transferred at the bottom of the cheat engine and double click it on the very right side of the address at the bottom of cheat engine , and type '9999999' or any other number you want your life to be. their you go, you should download cheat engine to health hack or wallhack or do other hacks. Just type in "Cheat engine 6.2" in google and it will be in the first sites. You might need WINRAR for some of them as they need to be extracted.
