For this escape you will need to find a yellow can of soda, sugar mints (which all guards carry), a screwdriver (which most guards carry), and 3 tins of paint (to craft a makeshift ladder). Build 40 intelligence to craft the makeshift rocket thruster, then go to the room above the motorcycle.
