Week Eight on WW. This is a what I ate video. Weigh ins are on Monday evenings. Total weight loss so far is 25.6 pounds! I do go to the WW meetings and use the WW app as well as write down my food to keep track of my points. I have three meals a day along with three smaller snacks (eating every three hours).
