PAYDAY 2 - Stoic Build [BEST ONE DOWN BUILD] HD

This is what I think is the BEST One Down Build at the moment. This Build is very good if you have more than 1 Person using it because (I Think) The Hip Flask will also heal damage for your teammates so you can Heal them, and They Can Heal you.
