Lakers Rumors: Cut DeMarcus Cousins & Sign Carmelo Anthony, Andre Iguodala Or Kenneth Faried? HD

The Los Angeles Lakers’ roster is full as of right now, but the Lakers are gearing up for 2019 training camp & there could be some surprise roster moves made ahead of the 2019-20 NBA season. It is very possible that the Lakers could cut DeMarcus Cousins, who signed a 1-yr contract with the Lakers this offseason but will miss the entire season after tearing his ACL. If that happens, the Lakers will need to sign a replacement & there are a few names that have been linked to the Lakers all offseason, including Carmelo Anthony, Andre Iguodala & Kenneth Faried. Melo & Iggy have been involved in Lakers rumors all summer long, but will the Lakers actually make a move to bring in either of the veteran forwards? Carmelo Anthony still remains a free agent, but has received interest from multiple NBA teams. He recently worked out with Kyle Kuzma & is close friends with LeBron James. Does this mean the Lakers could be interested in signing the future Hall-of-Famer? Andre Iguodala is now a member of the Memphis Grizzlies after being traded from the Golden State Warriors, but he reportedly wants to be bought out or traded to a contending team. He listed the Lakers as an option & the Lakers have mutual interest. However, the Lakers do not have many assets & would probably not be able to acquire Iggy via trade.
