Paro at a Glance - Bhutan HD

Bhutan’s lone international Airport is at Paro where tourists arrive by Drukair flights. The city boasts of captivating Paro Dzong with festivities in month of March bringing into focus the traditional music and dances enacted in presence of local and tourists ( that will be part of another video ). The Bhutan’s National Museum is located at Paro which is a must see for all albeit without any photo shooting being allowed inside. The Paro valley view from Museum location is magnificent. On Paro main street one has wide choice of Hotels, restaurants, curio shops and commercial establishments. During Paro festivities it is worthwhile shopping at a make-shift stalls located on a ground below Paro Dzong.
