How to Do Arm Curls - Boxing Lessons
The arm curl is known as biceps curl or dumbbell curl. Here it makes use of dumbbells and barbells to work on your biceps. The most important thing before starting this exercise is breathing. As you breathe with any exercise you do, you should inhale with the flex and exhale thereafter as it stimulates the muscle when you inhale and it relatively relaxes when you exhale.
