If we are with someone who is unhappy, stressed & irritable we can help them by reaching further into the relationship and not responding with irritation. Generally, irritation arises out of a narrow view or perspective of the circumstance. As our meditation practice has the power to expand our perception we become less irritable and calmer, naturally offering our relationships greater harmony and gentleness.
