A class action Lawsuit in California appears to be underway against Nyko for the bricking that their third party Nintendo Switch Dock has been causing. Currently details are still coming out, but a class action lawsuit could be damaging for Nyko. Atari sent out a press release detailing the Atari VCS with some capabilities and even a date to open pre-orders. They also showed the system running while playing an older Atari game.
