Recently we’ve started watching children / kids and YouTubers playing candy tasting games and general candies / sweets videos from different countries as well. And so we thought that it might be a fun idea to try some different Japanese sweets and see what the flavours were like. Of note, some of the best Japanese candy tasting videos that I’ve seen on YouTube include those made by children / kids and popular YouTubers, such as Emily Jade, PointlessBlog (Alfie Deyes / Zoella), EvanTube, PsychoSoprano (Colleen Ballinger), BrittneyLeeSaunders, TDM (TheDiamondMinecart), Venus Angelic, Chad Alan, TiffyQuake, FUNnel Vision, OliWhite, ComedyShortsGamer, Joey Graceffa, BuzzFeedVideo, LaurDIY, Lui Calibre, Karina Garcia and Shane. We bought our candy box from Amazon and it shipped from Japan straight away, arriving just over a week later. The sweets and snacks inside were completely different to British and American candy, and we’ve never tasted anything like these before. It turned into a bit of a funny video when we opened fishy sweets made of actual squid - they were just not nice and wrong on so many different levels.
