BEACH WORKOUT HD
The best workout on the beach that you can possibly do is this.. just do sprinting drills. Sprints? are awesome when it comes to burn fat and even build some muscle. Just run to warm up and then do: 12 to 15 series of sprints, of atleast 25m up to 50m, 30seconds between each series, or if you need to rest up some more time, go up in that time for 30seconds to 1 minute! Its really awesome to do this on the beach and if you can do it before the people arrive, its even better. This was recorded by a Sony Action Cam, thats why the footage is from my own Point of view.
