New version Music Quest MPU clone with wavetable header HD

* yes, Wing Commander runs too fast on this 233mmx system - but no freeze at fireworks scene at the intro ;) PC MIDI CARD IH9MQ10 really quick mobile phone video tested with: - Dreamblaster S1 - Dreamblaster X3M - Roland MT-32 note: Wing Commander is a speed sensitive game and on the video it is running on a 233mmx system - so some events are going way faster than normal. Still it does not freeze on the intro sequence at the fireworks and it behaves exactly like running it with a genuine Roland MPU-401 interface.
