DART 65W notebook power adapter - efficiency? HD

I just received my Kickstarter funded DART notebook power adapter... it looks great but is it efficient like they claim? Tested! Accuracy note: The killowatt meter measures active power with a a step size of 1W and a typical accuracy of 0.5%. This will affect the calculated efficiency by +/- 1%.
