The brush fire, which started on November 8, 2018 on Woolsey Canyon Rd spread to nearly 100,000 acres. 295,000 residents have been evacuated for many of the towns west of the city of LA, including Malibu. Both lanes of traffic have been moved westbound on the Pacific Coast Highway. My thoughts and prayers are with those who have lost their homes and loved ones in this tragic fire. *Correction on the DC10 specs....it should read a maximum of 300ft wide by 1 mile drop and 550mph cruising speed.
