Epic games launcher wont open HD

Please if someone have a solution mail me on or leave the comment below: mokicro@gmail.com I tried to uninstall it, repair it, update drivers, run as administrator, i changed in Nvidia Control Panel from integrated to high performance, disable firewall , disable antivirus, changed permission on folders..
