This is super easy, fast recipe to make good for spring, easter celebration or for fans of cupcakes. Ingredients: 1. 1 box yellow cupcake mix 2. Vanilla frosting 3. Green gel food coloring "Wilton" or "Americolor" 4. Green sanding sugar 5. Chocolate flake bar 6. Mini easter eggs 7. Milk or dark chocolate 8. Standard muffin tray, paper cases Method: 1. Place paper cases into standard 12-hole muffin tray. Mix cupcake mix according instruction on the box. Bake and cool. 2. Place baking paper onto cookie baking tray, draw handles or use cookie cutter to draw half circle, then place another piece of baking paper on top, secure with sticky tape. Melt milk or dark chocolate, put in snap-lock bag, cut corner, pipe on top of patterns to make handles. Put into refrigerator for 10 minutes to harden. 3. Tint vanilla frosting with green gel food coloring. Frost cup cakes with green frosting. Place green sanding sugar into small plate. Take cup cake and roll in green sanding sugar. Brake chocolate flake bar into pieces and place on top of cup cake to make a nest; put different color mini chocolate easter eggs. Place harden chocolate handles on top of cup cake to resemble basket handles (or make small insertion with sharp knife on each side of cup cake and insert chocolate handles.
