LA Cookie Con: http://www.lacookiecon.com/ My website (!!): http://kawaiisweetworld.com/ ♥ Facebook: http://on.fb.me/14LNQ1d ♥ Instagram: http://instagram.com/kawaiisweeteats/ ♥ Channel: http://bit.ly/18keK04 Hello Kitty stencil: http://bit.ly/20cE2v6 Hello Kitty suitcase: http://bit.ly/1KgCU2c No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe Makes about six 3” cheesecakes Ingredients Crust 24 Oreos (filling removed) 4 T melted butter Cheesecake 1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips, melted and cooled 2 packages cream cheese, softened ¾ cup brown sugar ¼ cup white sugar 2 T milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp instant espresso powder (optional) 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks ¼ cup cocoa powder for dusting Directions: 1. Crush Oreos by hand or in food processor. Stir in melted butter, and press about 2 T of mixture into each ramekin. 2. Blend cream cheese until smooth. Mix in brown sugar, white sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and espresso powder. Blend in melted chocolate until smooth. 3. Place cream cheese mixture in piping bag or Ziploc bag. Pipe over Oreo crust, filling about 2/3 full. Refrigerate for 10 min. 4. Pipe whipped cream on top and scrape off excess with a ruler or baker’s blade. Refrigerate for at least 30 min or until whipped cream is firm. 5. Place stencil over whipped cream and dust over cocoa powder. Carefully remove stencil with tweezers. Music courtesy of Audio Network
