Confetti Biscotti - Baking with Toddlers HD

Elle and I used fun colorful sprinkles to make this super easy and delicious confetti biscotti. If you liked the cutting board we used, follow the link to order one: http://bit.ly/2rt647x Coupon code to receive 10% off orders (and free shipping for all purchases over $25) is: lovely11 Ingredients: 1 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter 1 1/2 cups of flour 1 Tbsp corn starch 4 Tbsp powder sugar 1 Tbsp vanilla 1 pinch of salt 3 Tbsp sprinkles 2 Tbsp milk Directions: Directions Add the butter, powder sugar, vanilla, corn starch, salt, and flour. Blend together. Add the sprinkles, and1 tbsp of the milk. Blend. Then add the last 1 Tbsp milk and blend together. Line a shallow 8X8 dish with wax paper. Add the mixture to the dish. Smash the mixture down with your hands (or grease one side of a piece of wax paper and with the dry side, press down so it wont stick). Remove the greased wax paper. Place in the fridge for 5-10 minutes. Take out and remove the cookie mixture. Using a knife, cut into stripes or bite size pieces. Place on a lined cookie sheet and bake at 325 for 10-17 minutes.
