Adult Kickball League HD

When you think of kickball you may think of recess in a school yard or playing around in your childhood. But just because you’ve grown up doesn’t mean you have to give up the fun game! Kickball is still around for adults in Phoenixville, through the Phoenixville Adult Kickball League. Every Tuesday and Thursday men and women from the area gather at Reeve’s Park and Veteran’s Park to compete in this intense and exciting old-school game. The league has 13 different teams each with their own creative name and a rotating schedule. Most weeks from late June to early September, there is a 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm game at each park, with the different teams playing each other. Not only do the games take place in Phoenixville, but the league and many different teams are sponsored by local Phoenixville businesses including Your Mom’s Place, Phoenix Preferred, Buds Pet Service, Customers Bank, Liberty Union Bar and Grill, Phileo Fitness, PJ Ryan’s, Uncle B’s BBQ Shack, Stable 12, and Bistro on Bridge. The players have a great time playing the game and getting to know other like-minded locals. Whether or not the players are all kickball professionals, once a week they get a chance to be recess all-stars.
