Compression of particles interacting with a lennard-jones potential HD

This simulation shows the effects of compressing particles interacting with a Lennard-Jones potential. The Lennard-Jones force is strong here and the temperature is near zero to better visualize the dislocation propagation. The particles are colored according to their relative velocity. The fastest are red and the slowest are blue.
