Damaged CPU Fan

I was attempting to clean out my heatsink without removing the fan. Apparently, a Q-Tip is stronger than you think it is. While the Q-tip was through the fan, for some reason, my Computer powers up and 2 fins from the fan come flying off. Now everytime I power it up, Computer vibrates a lot.
