How to Disassemble any laptop and clean CPU Fan | Solve heating issues HD

To solve the heating issue we need to disassemble the laptop and clean the CPU fan by removing the dust in the vents that prevents the air passage. This video includes disassembling a Sony E Series laptop - SVE14A15FN and cleaning the CPU fan. First you need to figure out if you have 4-5 notches on top of your keyboard. Mostly dell laptops have that. You can google the procedure and you will get the video for it. If you dont have anything like that then the video is the way to go. 1. Carefully remove the battery by sliding the locks. 2. Remove all the screws. 3. Remove the hard disk(Optional) 4. Remove the DVD ROM just slide it out. 5. Next remove the back panel. 6. After that you will see the processor covered with the copper thing along with tubes and stuff. 7. Remove the screws present around the processor and CPU fan. 8. Remove the CPU fan and clean it. 9. Clean the dried thermal grease from processor and CPU fan. 10. Remove the processor by rotating the screw just below it by 180 degrees. Blow some air inside it, take extreme caution with the golden connectors. 11. Replace the processor and rotate the screw again in the opposite direction this time by 180 degrees. 12. Next remove the RAM carefully and rub the golden connecting part with a rubber. 13. Fix the RAM - be careful and try not to break something. 14. Fix the CPU fan after cleaning it properly. 15. Fix the backcover all the screws the hard disk, the DVD ROM and lastly the battery. Done. Full hardware maintenance of the laptop is completed.
