Enjoy all the flavour of apple pie ­‑ in a nutritious and easy chia pudding Ingredients 3/4 cup (175 mL) Tropicana Pure Premium® Apple Juice 1/3 cup (75 mL) chia seeds 1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla Pinch ground cinnamon 1/4 cup (60 mL) plain 2% yogurt 1/4 cup (60 mL) toasted chopped pecans Maple syrup, for serving (optional) How to make it 1. In bowl, combine apple juice, 1/4 cup (60 mL) water, chia seeds, vanilla and cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate overnight or until chia blooms and mixture thickens. 2. Top evenly with yogurt, pecans, and maple syrup (if using). Tip: Add a grated apple to chia pudding before serving if desired.
