Juggernaut is really strong in this patch since he can cope with difficult lanes a lot better than other carries (spin is great, healing ward, good animation and turn rate for laning). His late game is OK, but he suffers from the same problem a lot of other carries do with items such as solar crest, glimmer, greaves, and force all being really strong once the enemy team manages to get some of these items up.
