Dota 2: Terrorblade Gameplay Analysis HD

Terrorblade is an illusion-based agility carry who scales well into the late game with core items. Because of his low starting HP and bad strength gain, he is very susceptible to magic burst damage and minus armor strats. He is also pretty dependent on getting a good start in the laning stage, as he can quickly fall far behind if he is ganked successfully multiple times. An item like Drum of Endurance increases his mana and HP pool, and improves his chasing and tankability. From there, Sange and Yasha can be a great pickup for the extra movement speed, the maim, and the overall stats which really benefit your illusions. I think Black King Bar is core on Terrorblade, as he is likely to be focused down in teamfights without the magic immunity. Again, it is important to buy stat items that benefit his illusions, so Manta Style, Butterfly, Eye of Skadi (which synergizes extremely well with the maim from S&Y) and Heart of Tarrasque can all be good item choices that improve your own stats and the damage/tankiness of your illusions.
