Togeluga can be obtained through Nekoluga Rare Capsule. He is a Uber Rare with first form being the weakest, so it’s recommended to evolve him or true form him. His true form gains great defense, many knockbacks, gains immunity to shockwaves, and gains attack strength at 99% health. Shishilan Pasalan is a great offensive unit to acquire, especially with berserk he gains when at less than 99% health and has DMG up to over 150,000 at Lvl 30! He has many knockbacks to reposition himself to attack, should he become exposed to enemy attacks to which most Uber units in the Luga families do not have other than Assassinlan Pasalan (talent only). His immunity to shockwaves makes him viable in stages where shockwaves occur most often. Shishilan Pasalan has a 100% survivability where in the event he got hit to 0%, he is supposed to die but survivability grants him one last chance to live and attack before the next attack does eventually kill him. He does have shorter recharge time than his fellow Luga family, making him a bit more viable to be stacked. Shishilan Pasalan is still slow, taking his sweet time to the battlefield. On top of that, his many knockbacks can be of hinderance to him since even one small DMG attack to him can knock him back, and without proper meatshields he will be knock backed constantly. His attack animation takes a while to finish before he attacks, and his foreswing takes a long time before he is able to attack. Shishilan Pasalan is the key unit for Heavenly Tower 30th Floor, Titan Maniac stage, any shockwave heavy stages. His damage output is amazing, often one hit kill most enemies.
