Doom - Deimos Anomaly (cover) HD

Recorded track of the level "Deimos Anomaly" (e2m1) from Doom. Track title "I Sawed the Demons". A nice map full of nasty surprises, which makes it perfectly clear that the Deimos base is fusing with Hell itself and the game is messing around any more. The track itself is really quite light, sounding quite a bit like early-to-mid-80s classic heavy metal, hanging around the higher mid-end of the sound spectrum with sweeping solos and a couple groovy riffs. I was never too big on the twin midi-guitars soloing away for what feels like minutes upon minutes, and in stead I kind of wanted to bring in a Suicide Silence/Job for a Cowboy sort of modern death metal feel to it.
