Black Sabbath - Hand of Doom (Bass Cover) HD

"Hand of Doom" was released in 1970 on the iconic Black Sabbath album "Paranoid". Geezer Butler wrote the lyrics of this song thinking of the massive drug abuse by soldiers who survived the Vietnam War. This song make me think: how much of our lives we really live? How much of our lives is just an illusion? How much of our pain do we give to our addictions? How much of ourselves can we control? When does the reality stop being livable? Anyway... complex questions, but we certainly have music as our friend. I was studying this song - I really admire how Butler uses pentatonic in the construction of his bass lines and how intense his right hand is - so I decided to share this video.
