Pokémon Pearl 3:48 Glitchless Speedrun

I have beaten this! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vurdW2j92I My speedrun of Pokémon Pearl in 3 hours and 48 minutes using the in-game timer. This run was insane until after Fantina. Then I got some terrible luck including dying to a spinner in Mt Coronet. Still want to improve this further. World record at time of setting.
