Beautifully decorated house has the features which are not very expensive yet are decent. The lawn or the exterior of the house has been beautifully decorated by blend of hardscaping and softscaping. The staircase to the first floor is also beautifully designed which adds to the interior design of the house with double height lobby to give a spacious look. The entrance from the door has been given through two paths, one through the lawn and other one is through the car porch. As you enter the house, you find a large sized double height lobby. There is a dirty kitchen in this house as well and good ventilation is provided to the open kitchen through kitchen hood, stove hood, exhaust hood, cooker hood, vent hood, or ventilation hood. On the other hand, most of the things which are to be cooked with lots of oil or have spices involved, they are preferably cooked in dirty kitchen. Drawing room has been kept monotone and choice of furniture and curtains have been designed in the same tone too. Fire place and featured wall are also available in the drawing room. We have also broken the monotony and make something to stand out, we have played with the cushions. The colour requirement was mixture of dark and light shades and the wardrobes have been designed immaculately. The material used for kitchen counter was corian material which is popular in the market and is expensive but is durable. This is scratch free material. We have breakfast area in the kitchen too. Open kitchen and lobby has been divided by visual divider. It is a spacious dining for 8 people serving. In the dining room, something interesting from a usual dining is that a separate two seater dining space in the same dining. Floor, wall and ceiling for this space has been visually separated. Niches are provided in the house. There is a picture corner window in the dining room as well. There is connectivity between interior spaces and exterior spaces too making the house interior and exterior look fabulous and connected. The main theme of this ghar is connectivity. There is connecting corridor to the guest bedroom and the look has been enhanced by giving a dramatic look of a brick wall and the wall is used as a picture wall.
