This is an update video about our fridge, Lowes stepped up to the plate for the warranty and replaced the fridge. This fridge appears to be doing much better. I would probably stick with a brand that I was familiar with instead of switching brands if I was new to Samsung since they aren’t known for over having a problem free product experience when it comes to some appliances. Bottom line the warranty worked out and it appears as though the product is operating properly.
