When we built our home in Arnold I had great expectations for our lower (daylight basement) floor. I put up separating walls, installed a half bathroom, ran rough electrical and bought drywall, insulation and pre-hung doors to finish it out. Due to my work schedule, the economy and other factors I never was able to complete the work and now I am selling the surplus materials including this drywall,
