The project contains one of the largest gate openings in the world which is located through the core of the hotel design. The incline unitized curtain wall on the gate considered as one of the fantastic features on the building due to its complex unitize curtain wall facade design. Aluminum doors and windows are high-end quality in the market which includes automatic corner sliding doors, large and wide doors with slim profile have been used to provide tenants with the largest possible sea view of the Arabian Gulf. The project is an integrated hotel and residential development located on the main trunk of the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, and UAE. The Hotel Towers have an L-shape floor plate and are configured with shear walls and a central core. It is envisaged that partitions between bedrooms and corridor are used as shear walls to stiffen up the building. The project scope includes design, Fabrication and installation of all the external curtain wall, doors, windows, glass screens, balustrade and metal works.
