Apartment: NCC Maple Heights, Mahadevpura Type: 3 BHK Work: Full House Interior Contract This is a roughly 1600 sft 3BHK apartment @ NCC Maple Heights. We have been assigned the full house interior contract. Following is a rough design concept for the house. Foyer: Features a wall panel which is a combination of around 1" of wall wooden panel along with a wallpaper combination. There is a slated glass partition which separates the foyer from the living room. The shoe storage rack features retractable shoe racks big enough to accommodate around to 20-30 pairs. Living Room: A wall panel and stone cladding combination that has back lighting and this one is big enough to fill up the entire living room. No TV unit coming in here, and hence not much of a storage space. Dining Room: A simple partition that separates the dining area from the living room and adds to the aesthetics. A bar unit that is of the funkiest shape possible along with the inside lighting. Kitchen: Consists of top cabinets and bottom cabinets along with the regular storage space and baskets. Entertainment Room: Features a three door wardrobe continuing to a corner study unit with some book storage. Also features a sleek wall panel lit with back lights for the mounting of TV. Master Bedroom: Features a full length black and gray wardrobe with sliders and loft on the top. Wooden flooring along with the wallpaper included. Kids Bedroom: Features a specially made kids bed consisting of elevated play and study area and a staircase to access the elevation. This room also has a 2 wardrobe.
