Australian melodic progressive psytrance artist Ender brings you his debut release on NJOI MUSIC, To The Point. The name comes from what science calls ‘the zero point” or “singularity”, the “transcendental object at the end of time” in the words of Terrence McKenna, a moment that is continually getting closer and closer to our conscious experience of reality. With this theme in mind the release is deep and reflective, displaying a wide range of emotions. Having grown up in a very musical family, he was always deeply involved in music. He began playing drums at the age of ten, and by the age of 16 was playing metalcore in bands infront of large crowds. After five years in this scene, life began to lead him in a different direction. His obsessive and persistant search for deeper existential meaning and truth led him to the psytrance scene which opened more doors than he had ever expected. He began writing electronic music in late 2010. The point from which all things manifest, the singularity, the zero point; described in quantum physics and spirituality throughout history is now his main focus. If humanity would just make a conscious effort to understand and experience this point that bends space and time into one fractal moment called now, this point that is both within ourselves, and in all things, then the world would change dramatically. Thus, the title of his debut EP "To The Point" came about, released on the label NJOI music. Aiming for a deep and soul touching sound, this EP rides the wave of trance inducing melodies and rhythms, taking the listener on a journey of self discovery and realisations. Sending the message that there is a deeper meaning to life, that existence is not as mundane as the institutions of science and history make out, and that the truth of reality is far more magnificent than any of us could have imagined.
