Epi Pen

When people know they have severe allergies to bites and stings or have severe food allergies, they will often carry their own epinephrine injectors, also known as EpiPens. Epinephrine is a strong medicine that will help a person having a severe allergic reaction to breathe more easily. Signs of a severe allergic reaction include trouble breathing, swelling of the tongue and face or fainting.
