The Sims 4: Speed Build - The Old Salt House Renovation HD

Hey, guys. My next video and the 3rd renovation I`ve made in San Myshuno. Since I started my new game save on January 1st , I realized I`m going to need new apartments/houses for my toddlers (then) – young adults (now). And this is how the whole renovation situation started. As I said, this is the 3rd place I change, but it`s not an apartment. It`s The Old Salt House, which I really, really like as a lot. Back in November 2016, that was the first city lot I played in. I just love it and the Spice Market, as well. I`m sorry for this video I can`t provide CC links, because at the time I`ve made it, I`ve got this counter problem (Script calls failed :D) and was really mad and my 1st reaction was DELETE everything which conflicts with the game according to the MCD.
