Positive Pressure Mechanical Room Install HD

This unit was moldy from humid air being drawn in through return air leaks. We bleached the room and box, painted it with Killz, and sealed the door air tight. Then cut a vent in supply to create a very slight positive pressure inside the room itself. We will follow up this summer to make sure unit is staying nice and dry.
