Step 1- Check if you have a multi-core system: Hold down the Ctrl+Alt+Del keys and select "Start Task Manager" Step 2- Select the "Performance" tab and select "Resource Monitor" Step 3- Select the "CPU" tab, and on the right-hand side, check to see if any of your CPUs are labeled "Parked" Step 4- If so, select the "Start" button and in the search bar type "Regedit.exe" then hit "Enter" Step 5- On the left-hand side, make sure "HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINE" is selected, then click on "Edit" at the top, and in the drop-down menu select "Find" Step 6- In the text box paste this thing: 0cc5b647-c1df-4637-891a-dec35c318583 then hit "Find Next" Step 7- Once it is done searching your registry, double click on "ValueMin" and change its value to "0", do the same with "ValueMax" Step 8- On the top-left, click "edit" and select "Find next" Step 9- Repeat Step 7 and 8 a couple of times to make sure every copy of that registry is changed.
