New 3D and point cloud features in QGIS 3.26

We are going to through the list of brand new features that has been added in QGIS 3.24 and in the upcoming QGIS 3.26 release, mainly thanks to the recent [crowdfunding campaign by Lutra Consulting, North Road and Hobu](https://www.lutraconsulting.co.uk/crowdfunding/elevation-pointcloud-enhancements-qgis/).
