Niv Mizzet, Parun EDH Deck Updrade | M:tG Commander HD

Niv Mizzet was one of the first legendaries I really wanted when getting into the game and I absolutely skipper over a relevant card for my Selesnya deck in draft to snap a copy up back then (I think the guy who was trying to signal was upset). When I built him as a commander deck I thought he was a bit strong and not my play-style at the time. But I thought it was about time to go back and take a look/upgrade the deck with some new toys.
